PM techniques also utilise their skills to manage projects on behalf of organisations where they do not have the necessary skills and resources. We ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and within acceptable quality. Transfer of skills is our passion since we have witnessed experienced professionals leaving organisations creating skills shortages. We also manage projects from inception to the closeout stage. We act as a principal-agent where we put project teams together to ensure that they deliver on any project. No project is too big or too small, we deliver quality services no matter the size of the project.
PM Techniques works closely with SRS Engineers which was established in 2006. SRS Engineers has been founded by Mr Ravi Ruthenavelu in 2006 but was officially registered as a consulting engineering practice in October of 2008. The company is in its 14th official year of practice with extensive experience in Structural and Civil Engineering and has completed several high values projects during this period.
The combination of resources from PM Techniques and SRS Engineers strengthens our capability in both Project Management and Engineering in general.

A qualified Civil Engineering Technologist who has 23 years of experience in both private-public sectors. Mr Singama managed and completed several infrastructure projects whilst working as a project manager and a senior manager in the public sector. Mr Singama attained his Project Management Certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2020.
